Wedding Reception Table Centerpieces

You probably have a style in mind when it comes to your wedding reception table centerpieces, but it doesn't always come to terms with your budget and flower availability of the season.

You may want lily of the valley in your centerpieces but due to budget constraint, your florist could suggest a cheaper alternative - gypsophlias.

It is wise to survey the Net for centerpiece ideas that you can accept. Below are some pictures of wedding reception centerpieces at real weddings that you may like.

This is a simple centerpiece anyone could make. Place white deco beads in a slightly tall glass container, and on top a semi-sphere of pink carnations. Then, add a long branch for more impact. The centerpiece automatically looks bigger and with enhanced design.

Another simple idea would be to just place a flower globe on the wedding tables. These are just roses, but with creativity, you add more decoration and accents to this idea. Add decorative wires, or butterflies for a butterfly theme wedding, or seashells among the flowers for a beach themed wedding.

Vintage Style Wedding Reception Table Centerpiece

I used the gypsophilias for this vintage style centerpiece. I made it into a topiary. I used a sphere foam and secure it at the end of the bleached sticks. Then, I inserted the bundled sticks into a white ceramic container, covered with sisal and a strand of pearls coiled on top of the sisal. Lastly, I tied a lace ribbon near the top of the topiary.
