Would You Like To Know How Many Varieties Of Calla Lilies Are There?

Calla Lilies is my favourite flower (besides roses and tulips, of course). The varieties of calla lilies has made me become more interested in this elegant flower.

Calla lilies, also known as Zantedeschia, has been known to have 7 species worldwide. That is,

  • Zantedeschia Aethiopica (the common calla)

  • Zantedeschia Elliottiana (the Golden Calla)

  • Zantedeschia Rehmannii (the pink calla)

  • Zantedeschia Albomaculata (the spotted calla)

  • Zantedeschia Pentlandii (the yellow calla)

  • Zantedeschia Jucunda (the yellow calla with white spotted leaves)

  • Zantedeschia Odorata (the scented calla)

These are the varieties of calla lilies but the most commonly used calla is of the Zantedeschia Aethiopica species.

It's wide range of colours makes it famous among florist and flower lovers like ourselves.

You can buy freshly cut calla lilies from pacificcallas.com.

They offer a wide range of calla lilies with different colours.

White Aethiopica, Amethyst, Blaze, Bridal Bliss, Cherry Chiffon, Crystal Blush, Fire Glow, Flame, Garnet Glow Gem Park Eyes and many more....

But if you want to buy in smaller quantities, for your simple flower arrangement project, you can go to Flower Bud. They also have different varieties and they sell in smaller quantities.
