Make This Tropical Wedding Centerpiece For Your Wedding

This tropical wedding centerpiece is suitable for your summer wedding because it uses warm colours.

It is also very easy to make and once done, can make a lasting impression to the guests.

The idea of this centerpiece is to have candles on both sides of a long container. So I'm going to put gold candles at each side of the container.

Then, we just need to decorate using

  • red anthuriums
  • red berries
  • orange gladiolus
  • yellow dendrobiums
  • dracena leaves
  • ferns
  • dried salix

The first thing to do is to prepare the curled dracena leaves. Curl the dracena leaf and use stapler to maintain the curl.

Then, insert them mostly at the sides and some at the center.

Next, cover the foam with ferns.

Now comes the interesting part. Take anthuriums and start arranging. Anthuriums are flat flowers so you have to be careful.

Make sure the anthuriums are not inserted flat but facing in multiple direction with different angles.

Here's how you place the anthuriums on the left side...

and on the right side...

Next, we insert the yellow dendrobiums at both sides.

Done?

Now, to connect the two sides and to bring down the red and yellow colours, we use the orange gladiolus at the center.

Then, what we need to do is fill up the empty spaces with the red berries.

Lastly, insert the dried salix at the sides for a more modern look.
