Nageire Incorporating The Area where It Is Placed
This is a nageire incorporating the area where it is placed. That means, in this nageire arrangement, you need to utilize the space or area surrounding your container as part of your arrangement as a whole. You need to study your materials beforehand and think outside-the-box, how can it be placed to include the area around it. Here, I have this lovely brown container. As you can see, the opening is very small. Logically, you can't fit all the flowers into it.  So, only fresh flowers or flowers that need water will be inserted into the small opening. And those that do not need water, can be placed outside the container. The materials I chose are red anthuriums and dired salix branches.  The anthuriums are inserted into the container, but the branches are rested on the shoulders of the container. The branches extended out until the surface of the table. So as a whole, the arrangement is not stricted to the container, but also the area where it is placed. If you would like to see the moribana version, click on the link below...
