Lollipop Delight

by Jenifer Webster
(South Shore, KY USA)

Lollipop Delight at actual wedding

Lollipop Delight at actual wedding

This bouquet was made using Dum-Dum suckers and artificial flower petals. I coordinated the colors for my sister-in-law's wedding and bought flowers to match. Her colors were purple, silver and black.

I then took petals off of the stems of the flowers and was left with petals with holes in the middle.

I then slid the petals up the stick of the sucker and secured it to the sucker using hot glue.

I then stuck the sucker sticks into a piece of styrofoam that was in a glass vase. The styrofoam was wrapped in metallic colored tissue paper.

I then arranged the flowers into the vase and glued some of the leaves from the artificial flowers around the flowers to fill in.

I tied a small black ribbon around the vase and placed a lavendar colored stone in the middle of the bow.

They turned out beautiful and everyone wanted to take one home. They were very inexpensive but looked like a million bucks.
