3. Cascade the edge of the vase with seeded eucalyptus. Different greens add attraction to the arrangement.
4. Take a knife and remove the thorns and leaves of the roses that are going into the water. Cutting stems under water is best.
5. Start inserting the flowers. Start with a perfect tall and straight rose right on top.
6. Come down to a lower level. At that level, insert 4 roses. What you do on one side, do the same with the other. This gives shape to your arrangement.
Go up and down, with a few inches between layers.
7. For the last row, fill in any blank spots.
8. Keep rotating the arrangement. Adjust where the roses are going to be placed.
9. Lastly, insert the fillers, the safflower. They are available in oranges, bright oranges and yellows.
