The Best Wreath Books I've Came Across... Here They Are!

Books review by Liztiany Zakaria

A lot of wreath books will give you lots of ideas but these books I'm recommending below are in my opinion the best wreath books available.

The ideas presented in these books are unique and most importantly, they are practical.

I'm sure your wreath making hobby will be a lot of more fun, if you try the ideas in these books.

I have two books which I would like to recommend.

The first one is Wreaths For Every Season by June Apel and Charlize Bruce.

The designs in this book are arranged by season. Namely The Spirit Of Spring, Summer Glory, Fall Homecoming and Merry Winter.

And in every season, there is a design for every occassion. You can find ideas for Christmas, Easter and Winter.

Besides the nice designs, this book also introduces the tools and supplies you need for making wreaths. Included also are the types of wreath bases.

The part I like about this book is that it also includes pictures on how to attach wreath hanger to different type of wreath base.

Overall, I think this book is a good one to get.

The other book worth mentioning is the Great American Wreaths by the well-known Martha Stewart.

What's special about this book is that the wreaths introduced are made from materials that are known to each American state. And thus the 51 designs which represent 50 states of America and the District Of Columbia.

For example, Martha uses cranberries in one of her wreath to represent Massachusetts and golden wheat to represent Oklahoma.

Very interesting way of introducing the wreath designs.

Besides that you'll learn how to make the wreaths using different bases, wire, straw, twig and other types of wreaths.

Not bad if you are looking ideas and clear how-to instructions in one book.
