The Basic Upright Nageire Reversed
The basic upright nageire reversed arrangement is the mirror reflection of the basic upright nageire arrangement. What was on the right, is now on the left side of the arrangement. Let me show you what I mean. Here is the kakeizu for this arrangement. Shin is 10-15 degrees on the right, Soe is 45 degrees on the right, whereas Hikae is 75 degrees on the left. I used green berries as the Shin and Soe. And purple pompoms as the Hikae. First, as in any nageire arrangement, we need to prepare a cross-bar fixture or y-fixture. Here, I used a y-fixture. Then, I begin arranging the main stems according to the points in the kakeizu. If you find that it is difficult to maintain the position of either of the main stem, you could use a vertical fixture, like this. Next, I insert the juushi (supporting stems) for the Hikae. Then, I find that the lines created by the Shin and Soe are beautiful enough and I don't want to hide them. So, I think the arrangement looks good as it is.
